No catch. We own the battery. You're subscribing to use it — like leasing a car instead of buying one. We make money from your subscription and from grid flexibility payments. You save on bills. Everyone wins.
How do I know I'll actually save money?
We check before we install. If your home isn't a strong fit for savings — wrong tariff, too low usage — we'll tell you honestly and not proceed. We only install where we're confident it works.
What if I want to cancel?
Simple terms. If you cancel, we remove the battery. You're not locked in forever. The subscription model only works if you're happy — unhappy customers tell people. We'd rather you leave than stay miserable.
Do I need to switch energy providers?
Not necessarily. The best savings come from pairing with Octopus smart tarriffs so you top up with the cheapest, greenest energy possible — we'll guide you through that. But we'll work with your current setup first and tell you if a switch would be worth it.
Is this safe? LFP batteries in my home?
